We have faced many challenges over the years with different circumstances within a landscape installation -one of which is finding quality plant material. Taproot has developed relationships with many local nurseries, as well as nurseries in many other states that only supply quality grown, beautiful ready to install, mature trees and shrubs. Impatient? Taproot can locate fully grown specimen plant material that instantly makes a landscape mature. Each landscape installation requires something different… when preparing landscape beds, our landscape specialists select a specific blend of soil that is incorporated into existing soil, which ensures deep root growth and healthy plants. Turf areas are also prepared with a blended soil that allows for great sod/soil contact and guarantees immediate root growth.

Hardscape construction

One of the most difficult jobs for a landscape professional is the installation of hardscapes. Taproot has one of the most experienced stone masons and paver installation crews that you will find in the Triangle area. We can fabricate any type of stone wall, stone patio, paver patio to the specifications of any design.

Recently, we have seen an increase in requests for outdoor living areas, including fireplaces and outdoor kitchens. Construction of outdoor fireplaces and seating areas has quickly become one of the favorite aspects of our job. Irrigation

Considering that water is a finite resource, we make sure that all of the irrigation systems that we install are designed and installed with conservation as a key component. All fittings and connections are checked and double checked to make sure there are no underground leaks, surprising your water bill and wasting our precious resource.  

Our irrigation crews only install quality Rainbird products that are nationally known for functionality and durability. Our heads, controllers, rain sensors and valves carry a manufactures 5 year warranty and we guarantee the systems we install for 1 year from the date of completion.
